Ingredients:

  • Water (1/2 cup)

  • Honey (1 tbsp)

  • Chia and Rolled Oats (50 g)

  • Roasted Almonds (5)

  • Blueberries (1/4 cup)

  • Blackberries (1/4 cup)

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine chia and rolled oats with 1/2 cup of water in a lidded jar.

  2. Shake the mixture and let it rest for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.

 

Storing and Serving:

  1. Once the chia and oats mixture is ready, pour it into a bowl chilled before adding toppings.

  2. For storage, you can keep it in the fridge for 2 days in an air-tight container.

Ready to be served – if you want, add whole dried berries and nuts for crunchy toppings.
