Ingredients:
Water (1/2 cup)
Honey (1 tbsp)
Chia and Rolled Oats (50 g)
Roasted Almonds (5)
Blueberries (1/4 cup)
Blackberries (1/4 cup)
Instructions:
Combine chia and rolled oats with 1/2 cup of water in a lidded jar.
Shake the mixture and let it rest for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Storing and Serving:
Once the chia and oats mixture is ready, pour it into a bowl chilled before adding toppings.
For storage, you can keep it in the fridge for 2 days in an air-tight container.
